Good stay

Very clean. close to the train station and well connected to the center by bus. The host was helpful and communicative. Some fast food restaurants close by. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The small kitchen quite poorly equipped, would be practicar to add bowls for instance (for breakfast).

Another time, another place

The building is in a closed courtyard with a parking space, which we looked for. The location is also good as it's close to some shops and restaurants. The apartment is okay, the best part is the bathroom. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't really return.

I think it would be better to have practical furniture rather than this vintage French style. You have no real table to eat at, no couch, one very uncomfortable and wobbly chair, the bed feels short, there's no wardrobe or anything to put your things in, and the kitchen is SO small you cannot cook there at all. Not to mention the pan is so scratched and old that when making eggs, I had to throw them out because the whole apartment got super smelly, and the pan was smoking. A new pan would be great.

It was comfortable but a bit disappointing.

The room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. The layout had been well thought out and there was the vey basics to make a small meal but not a full cooked meal. The decor had been done to a high standard and the views were lovely. The parking space was a bit small but it was very secure

The pictures showed a grand restored house but sadly this is not the case. It is however a typical French house with original features which were lovely. The room was at the top of the house and consequently it was so very hot. Fortunately there was a fan which helped a bit to move air around. The bathroom was well thought out but the shower is half way on the wall so it is at chest height which was not that easy to use. The details are all in the description but make sure you read them so you know that this is on the 2nd floor and is bijou.

Le lieu sympa, manque d'entretien en général sur la Grande maison. Salle de bain impec !

Les clefs abîmés et obligé d'appuyer dessus, vu les pansement, nécessite d'une boîte plus grande. Matelas trop lourd et pas assez tonique, et oreillers trop mous . Ouvrir la fenêtre quand on fait un peu de cuisine puisque pas de hotte. Bref un peu de rafraîchissement fauteuil , et trop gros rideaux

Schön abgestimmte Einrichtung, Parkplatz am Haus( aber sehr schmal)

Minimalistische Küchenausstattung, keine Müslischalen,kein Schneidebrett,keine Salatschüssel, nur 1 Topf, 1 Pfanne, Sieb, reicht für 1 Nacht und Nudeln mit Pesto, nur 1 Stuhl- wo soll Perdon Nr 2 sitzen und essen? Sehr kalt,trotz Heizung.

Studio très agréable, bien équipé et très fonctionnel.

Le kitchenette nous a permis de prendre notre repas du soir et le petit déjeuner dans la chambre. Donc sans avoir à redescendre et remonter... Merci pour cette confortable literie! Le parking privé et sécurisé est un gros plus. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement très calme.

Un petit sèche-cheveux aurait été utile. Accès 2° étage par escalier assez étroit, à déconseiller aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Un potentiel sous exploité. Bien pour une nuit, pas plus...

La situation à deux pas du centre de Fontainebleau, la place de parking privative, le confort de la literie, les équipements proposés ( en partie): machine Nespresso, machine à laver... La communication facile et pro active.

Les radiateurs éteints à l'arrivée avec pour effet des serviettes humides et une sentation de froid désagréable avec l'humidité automnale. Le torchon de cuisine trempé et inutilisable. Le manque de vraies chaises et table pour un éventuel repas. La décoration très sommaire et qui ne donne pas l'effet "cocon" que l'appartement pourrait avoir.

Linge de lit non changé, odeur de cigarette

La chambre empestait l'odeur de la cigarette, jusque dans le linge. Le plus insoutenable fut de sentir l'odeur des draps qui n'avaient manifestement pas été changés. Les draps étaient imprégné de l'odeur de transpiration, de sueur et d'haleine des occupants précédents. Le drap du dessous avait juste été retendus avant mon arrivée. J'ai dû placer une serviette personnelle pour dormir, tout habillée. De retour chez moi, ma valise et son contenu sentait l'odeur désagréable de la chambre et j'ai dû tout laver. Je rajoute que le torchon était replié humide, non de propre (l'odeur en était la preuve) mais certainement d'économie de lavage. De même que le tapis de salle de bain qui était roulé humide. Il est inadmissible que ce logeur, professionnel, réemploie le même linge pour des occupants différents. Je ne dois pas être la première.

Fantastisch

De auto konden we parkeren binnen op een plaats. Alleen zijn de plaatsen wel erg klein. Hier kan niemand iets aan doen doordat er een grote boom staat. Wat ook weer schaduw wierp op de auto, zodat die niet erg warm werd. Mooi authentiek huis met dito toegangstrap. De tegelvloer in de kamer was zeer mooi wat mij direct opviel. Later kwam ik deze tegel tegen in kasteel Fontainebleau :-). Huis is gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving.

Jammer dat ik mijn horloge, een aandenken, kwijt ben geraakt in Fontainebleau

Mehr Schein als Sein - sieht viel besser aus als es dann auch tatsächlich war.

Die Lage war gut und ruhig. Die Organisation rund um die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr gut. Der Parkplatz abseits der Straße gelegen war ideal.

Die Wohnung lag in einem Haus dessen Treppenhaus einen sehr düsteren Eindruck vermittelte. Die Unterkunft selbst war hell und freundlich. Die Renovierung ist nur teilweise gelungen, da ein Großteil der Ausstattung eher billig war. Ein Stuhl war total klapprig. Die Küche sehr klein, für mehr als ein kleines Frühstück nicht ausreichend, Wasserkocher gab es keinen. Es gab eine Waschmaschine - unbrauchbar in diesem Appartement. Die Fotos vermitteln einen völlig anderen Eindruck - auch von der Größe.

Un studio dans un lieu de charme magnifiquement restauré avec des matériaux de qualité qui respectent le caractère du lieu. De plus, j'ai pu sans pb modifier à la dernière minute la date de ma venue. L'hôtesse au téléphone a été très agréable et serviable.
