It was a really good stay, even tho it was only for one night, we felt welcome and valued. The receptionist is so kind and friendly, 5 stars for her.
We had to go and check out early the next day and there was nobody in the recepcionist area at 7 am, we had to leave the key in the counter and text via whatsapp and let them know the key was left there. We were in a hurry and had to wait until 7:40 am to leave since there was nobody there.
Appart from that, all was amazing.

Staff were rude with people in front of us. They are not trained in hospitality, WIFI was very bad, excuses was they were moving to optic fiber, which did not sound like a real reason. Towels were a bit late after check-in
