Very comfortable and beautiful house with pool and safe environment for families.

One bedroom door wasn't working properly and we asked the house to help us. So he sent the sent of a gay for it. Also one toilet wasn't working well, but overall everything was fine.

The beds were comfortable

The access to the complex on arrival was confusing. The gate to Block E was an electronic gate around the back of the complex which is off a busy road and away from the main entrance so easy to miss the first time around. This was not explained clearly and caused some confusion. We arrived ahead of time but were told the cleaner would need another hour, which was fine but she was still cleaning the apartment as we arrived and up to 20 minutes after check in time. Lots of areas were missed. Dusty surfaces and cleaning materials, shoes, drinks cans left lying about. There were towels but not enough for 4 guests. No tea towels, shower gels and shampoo may have been a good idea too. Some of the electric sockets were loose and in an unsafe condition. The kettle would not turn off automatically and had to be disconnected from the wall to disconnect the power. The batteries in the remotes needed replacing for the TV and the remotes in general were in a poor state with some buttons not working. No instructions for the TV operation which started off confusing but eventually we figured things out. The sliding doors to the patio need attention as they would not lock without applying the additional security lock. Again it took several attempts to lock the windows before leaving the property during the day. One of the bedroom doors at the front of the property would not close or lock, which caused privacy issues for one of our teenage children. The ensuite bathroom sink has been fitted too close to the door and the door would only open partially, which was evident by the dent in the door which obviously the previous occupant discovered. The furniture in the main living room was of poor condition. The sofa (pull out part) has a large stain and the coffee table and dining chairs were old and need replacing. Luckily there were 2 comfortable chairs to sit on other than the sofa.
