The apartment was very nice — clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The location is very convenient, with a bakery, shops, cafés and, most importantly, the sea nearby. A special thank you for providing a very comfortable cot for our little one. Alexis was very helpful and always quick to respond.

Alexis was an extremely attentive and helpful host, and the apartment was lovely. Housekeeping bringing fresh sheets half way through our stay was a nice touch. So was the private car park. We'd book again without hesitation.

The building is by the road, but so is every building by the sea in Germasiogia. It's just the way Limassol is built. The sound-proof double-glazing and air conditioning in every room mitigated this.

The property met my expectations. Very clear instructions provided regarding check-in procedure. Host was extremely responsive, even outside of business hours and communicated super friendly. The apartment had everything needed, even wine glasses, toaster, laundry basket, nespresso machine, a few adaptors.

It wasn't very clear that after check-in I could park at the parking behind the building and instead I had to carry two heavy suitcases up the stairs from the public parking. Some noise as we're on the main street but didn't bother me or my kids. Only one small closet in between the rooms with no proper storage space. The hairdryer looked like it was ready to explode (maybe time for upgrade:)). Otherwise all good!!!

A very responsive and accommodating host who is always available and ready to help! The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. If cleaning is required, you need to arrange it in advance; the cost is €25. My family was happy with their stay at this apartment. They also noted that the location is very convenient (the beach is 10 minutes away, and there are many stops with good transport links, kiosks, restaurants, etc.). I highly recommend staying here!
