Sunset Deluxe Villa and Studios

Everything about this apartment was just perfect, the location near a beautiful beach, once of the best i had a chance to visit in the last few years. The facility was clean and exactly as described in their booking listing. But more than anything, the the host max was kind, warm and eager to help with any request! we genially felt welcome!!! Considering coming again next year.

We had an absolutely lovely weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Max was a fantastic host and made everything very easy for us. The apartment was in superb condition, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. For two people, it was perfect — incredibly peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The location was also amazing, with the beachfront just a minute away. As we live in Cyprus ourselves and simply wanted a relaxing weekend with nice walks by the sea and some peace and quiet, this place was absolutely perfect for us. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Max, for being such a great host and for a wonderful weekend!

Eine Woche habe ich als Alleinreisender in einem Studio von Max und Sonja verbringen dürfen. Ich bin total begeistert. Zu allererst was mir immer am wichtigsten ist ist die Sauberkeit... Das Bad, sowie Küche, Bettbezüge usw. war alles topp sauber und gereinigt. Es gab Shampoo, Seife, einen Begrüßungswein, Bademantel. Küchenausstattung ist mehr als üppig und ich sage dazu dass ich kein einziges mal Essen war. Ich mache mir gern alles selbst. Die Fenster vom Studio haben Moskitoschutz. Es gibt einen tollen Beamer im Appartment mit dem man auch über den PC streamen kann. Auch die Location ist echt gut. Trotz dass es keinen direkt direkten Meerblick gibt kann man von der Terasse aus den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Die Umgebung ist auch recht ruhig! Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool. Also rundum passt alles.. Und das wichtigste war der Kontakt mit dem Host Max... Ich hab vor Anreise einige Fragen gestellt, die sofort beantwortet wurden. Kurz vor Anreise habe ich eine pdf mit allen Infos bekommen und während meines Aufenthaltes hatte ich öfters Kontakt mit Max, der super schnell und sehr sympathisch geantwortet hat.. Also alles in allem ein tolles Gesamtpaket. Die Villa scheint im 1. Stock zu sein mit Balkon und Blick aufs Meer... Diese werde ich versuchen beim nächsten mal zu reservieren!
