Posizione molto centrale e tranquilla . Appartamento completo
Viabilità e mancanza parcheggi s causa opere di ricostruzione post terremoto. Dato l'improvviso freddo appartamento poco confortevole dal punto di vista termico x non riscaldamento considerato che è un piano terra e difficoltà asciugare .

Appartamentino delizioso, arredato in modo completo con cura, gusto e qualità in ogni sua parte. Fresco nonostante non abbia il condizionatore e fuori ci fossero più di 30 gradi. Silenziosissimo. A meno di 300 metri da corso Vittorio Emanuele. Proprietario gentilissimo.
Il materasso ci è risultato un po' duro, ma sono valutazioni molto soggettive. La doccia è ben larga ma un po' troppo poco profonda. Non facile trovare parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze (e non è stato facile raggiungere l'appartamento in auto a causa di sensi unici non conosciuti da Google Maps).
