Clean, fully equipped, well maintained, spacious. Quiet

Příjemná lokalita nedaleko centra, blízko Polaria. Prostorný a čistý apartmán.
Zámek ve vchodových dveřích do apartmánu byl rozbitý. Nešel zevnitř zavřít. Bylo vidět, že se jej někdo před námi snažil opravit.
Snažili jsme se dovolat několikrát na uvedené kontaktní číslo, ale bez úspěchu.
Manžel s kamarádem zašli do obchodu s nářadím a zámek opravili.
Nenašli jsme nikde instrukce pro třídění odpadu. Koukli jsme se na internet a vyzpovídali sousedku.

I really liked this place — it looks exactly like the pictures. The living room and kitchen are spacious, perfect for our group of seven friends. What I appreciated most is that they provide a garage with one parking space. A great stay overall

The apartment is pleasant and well located, although it is not in the city center. Everything was clean.
Check-in time was 4:00 PM. We arrived at 4:15 PM and the keys were not in the locker. When we called, we were told that cleaning had not been finished and that the apartment would be ready at 5:30 PM. We had to wait in the car.
I understand that these things can happen, but what I don’t understand is not receiving even a simple apology from the manager and have a gesture the last day. At 5:30 PM the keys were in the locker.
When we went to the garage to park the car and go up to the apartment, the garage remote control did not work. We called the manager again and he told me it had no batteries and that he would come the next day to replace them. Again, no apology.
The next day nobody called me to change the batteries of the remote. I had to call again myself, and in the end he came on the last day to replace the batteries in the remote. 2 days to change the batteries
The day before we left, we were informed that check-out was at 11:00 AM. When I told them that we were going to leave at 12:30 PM, they reminded us that check-out was at 11:00 AM.
It would have been a thoughtful gesture, knowing that we had checked in 1 hour and 30 minutes late due to their delay, to allow us to leave 1 hour and 30 minutes later as well.
