Everything was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is in the city of Velachery, all tuktuk and taxis can come easily. Daily cleaning is also available. We stayed for 14 days and it was super!
The lift is a bit slow but that doesn’t matter.

Very spacious, tidy, and friendly staff. Highly recommended to fellow travellers and response was prompt. Also the area was nice and quiet, and great basic Western appliances available for use.
There's really not much to like other than the small lift. The staff were very helpful and insistent with taking our bags up - to which I'm not really used too.

Booking.com said pay at property, but we were asked to make a 10% payment to confirm our booking beforehand.
