Staff are very kind and helpful. The location is also good to explore Chennai city for shopping & dining. Since we needed to wash clothes every day, washing machine was necessary. I am grateful that a care taker helped me wash & dry laundries all the time.
The breakfast is served at a common living room where we have to have meals with other families. It would be nice if we have two dining tables or another small table so that we don't feel uncomfortable.

Early 4am check out no breakfast was arranged even though requested to keep something at desk previous night anything feasible like idli chutney or upma or sandwich

Excess charge for a very poor room quality. Toilets are below average maintenance. breakfast is mean and very bad. on the whole not a pleasant one.
