Casa Cayenne

I had a very interesting experience with booking Casa Cayene on booking.com. My flight to Ponta Delgada was delayed by 4 days due to fog in the Azores. Not a good situation, especially having booking.com (yes, this portal) force to cancel your reservations. Ms. Noelia, the owner of the property, helped me a lot in obtaining a refund from booking.com for the unused reservation. A few nights are a very big expense. Noelia turned out to be a person with normal human sensitivity and empathy. Very helpful from a distance, excellent communication. When I finally arrived in the Azores, I personally went to thank Noelia for her help and got to know the location of the property. But above all, I was treated to the most delicious pineapple of my life, and Noelia told me about the growth cycle and cultivation of pineapples. Honestly and selflessly. An amazing, wonderful person. I truely hope to come back to Azores again next year and stay at Casa Cayene.

Fomos recebidos com muita hospitalidade pela Noélia que nos ajudou com as malas até à casa, nos explicou os detalhes da casa e ainda apresentou um cabaz que até um miminho para o nosso filho tinha. A casa tinha tudo o que precisámos, incluindo berço, cadeirinha, banheira e talhares para bebé. Toalhas suficientes para banho e banho depois das furnas. Muito confortável, limpa e bem localizada. Na propriedade existem umas estufas às quais a Noélia nos fez uma visita guiada, muito interessante. Recomendamos vivamente!

Wir waren glücklich, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Noélia ist so sympathisch und freundlich. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen mit Wein und Ananas. Wir durften ihre Ananas- Plantage besichtigen, und Noélia hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um uns in die Welt der "Azoren-Ananas" mitzunehmen. Das war wirklich etwas Besonderes. Vielen Dank dafür!

To jest taki w pełni wyposażony domek-wagonik. Myślę, że idealny dla dwóch osób. Pomieścił by też trójkę dorosłych, ale byłoby ciasno w kuchni. My byliśmy we trójkę (dwójka dorosłych z dzieckiem). Miła Pani przygotowała nawet zabawki dla dziecka. Było tam też łóżeczko turystyczne, wanienka oraz krzesełko do karmienia. W domku niewatpliwym plusem jest ogrzewanie za pomocą klimatyzacji (byliśmy w marcu, więc było jeszcze chłodno na zewnątrz). Aneks kuchenny w pełni wyposażony, gorąca wodą dostępna bez przerw. Właścicielka zajmuje się uprawą ananasów, więc można też zwiedzić za darmo plantacje ananasów. Parking publiczny darmowy dostępny 20 metrów od domku.

Brakowało nam tylko stojącej suszarki na pranie. Ale nie pytaliśmy się właścicielki, może miała w zanadrzu :)
