The room is clean, the location is in between 2 metro stations, so it's very easy to move around. the bed is okay, there is electric heater in the room but winter in athens is not really winter anyway. there is washing machine, you can use it without paying any other fee. there is also outside rope to hang your clothes. they give you towel.
there is microwave and water kettle in kitchen. you can cook simple dish there.
the place actually a hostel, but this is their private room. there are people who stay like 2 or 3 nights, but there is one guy who rent the room like monthly. so you probably meet him and he's very nice.
this is not what i dislike but some minor disadvantages
1. the layout of the apartment is confusing, so you will probably disturb someone when you enter your room.
2. the toilet and shower in one room
3. the room is near the toilet&shower room, if you are light sleeper, you probably could awake when someone use the room
4. sometimes in the morning, the hot water is gone
5. the electricity is on and off (that's why the hot water sometimes gone)
