Konumu tam merkezde. Kapıdan çıkar çıkmaz caddeye iniyor ve mekanlara yakın. Ev gayet ferah ve temizdi. İnternet ve diğer olanaklar gayet güzeldi. Çok beğendim.
Duş ve musluktan akan sıcak su bir süre sonra soğumaya başlıyor. Doğal gaz sistemi olmadığından kaynaklı olabilir. Ama odadaki fanları açınca içerisi gayet sıcak ve güzel oluyor.

Temizlik vasattı, yatak altı tozlu ve çöp vardı, mutfaktaki ocağın altı makarna kıriklariyla dolu, dolap leke icindeydi ve eski bina olduğu için çok sık asansör sorunu yaşandi.

Çok tozluydu, çok küçüktü, manzara sıfırdı ve çok karanlıktı, dördüncü kattaydı, asansör çalışmıyordu, konum haricinde hiçbir şeyden memnun kalmadım ne yazık ki
