Location, comfortable beds, nice kitchen…

Very small living space, toilet has no exhaust or window, bathroom unsafe, and tiny ,only part of the shower works, staff don’t fix issues, just “ empty words” that they will.. owner/ manager doesn’t care about customer satisfaction obviously ..
