Big secure garden for dog and plenty of parking. Good big garden sofa.
Garden could still do with a make over. If your not worried about it looking pretty it’s fine. Only area that lets property down. No cushion for egg chair-shame. Mattresses are cheap ones.

Location was excellent
Overall cleanliness was acceptable but probably could do with the windows being cleaned inside and out and the kitchen given a deep clean. Kitchen could do with an update and garden and patio needs relaying
