Emplacement en plein centre ville de Puerto de la Cruz face à la place Charco et au port. Proximité avec le parking gratuit de la Muelle situé à environ 10-15 min à pied (avec la chaleur peut prendre du temps) et parfois il fait faire plusieurs tours avant de trouver une place.
Les nids de cafards sous les plinthes de la cuisine, dans la salle de bain, les plinthes du couloir de l’entrée donc on était obligé de nettoyer après avoir mangé ainsi que de jeter la poubelle chaque jour. Il n’y avait pas de torchons pour s’essuyer les mains dans la cuisine et pas de recharge en papier wc, on a dû en acheter nous même… l’agence a été réactive et nous a donné du spray anti cafards mais nous a écrit qu’ils feront intervenir une société de désinsectisation.

Die Lage ist sehr gut mit Blick auf Teide und direkt auf die Plaza und seitlichem Blick zum Meer. Das Zimmer bietet alles was man benötigt.
Alles gut. Die Küche bietet alles der Herd ist jedoch nur eine nicht integrierte Doppelkochplatte. Aber wer will schon groß Kochen im Urlaub.

It was modern and fresh. The owner put some energy and thought into design.
This apartment is so central and there is a lot of activity outside until late at night, sometime until early morning. The apartment doesn’t have any fan or ac so I needed to sleep with the balcony door open which didn’t help with the noise. And if you were to rent this in summer time the heat would most likely be unbearable because the sun warms up the apartment during the day.
