Ample space inside, great parking and nice to have an outside area. Generous bedroom size and lovely modern en-suites. Modern kitchen and ample seating. Kitchen and bathrooms very clean. Stunning scenery.
Location not quite as described, it would be a long, dark, pot holed walk into Cartmel. The lane leading up to the property seriously needs attention. Whilst avoiding nasty pot holes you are subsequently forced into the prickly hedges which has scratched our friends new car and that really took the shine off the holiday too. The interior could do with a deep clean, found hair grips and hair in the sofas, lots of dust in the bedrooms. Pillows and bedding would benefit from a trip to Ikea. A pint of milk in the fridge would have been welcome.
