清掃ができなかったのか、ベット下に使用済マスクや、飲み物のゴミが落ちていた。 ソファも壊れていて、もたれると背もたれが 崩れてくつろぎにくかった

住宿卫生打扫需要再仔细一些，被单有毛发，床下有前客人的袜子

Good location. Near to canal city and central walking distance to main attractions such as Hakata Station and Tenjin.

Needs a deeper clean and maintenance. Scuff marks and even hand and foot prints on the wall. And the bathroom smelled unclean. laundry machine also full of dust and lint from past stays, and drain in bathroom was clogged and slow. The mattress was also very old— stained, unraveling, and the springs hurt our backs when sleeping. If you like very firm beds then you might not mind it. We woke up more sore each morning than the night before. Couch was also visibly dirty and the desk laminate was warping and uneven. Blinds were not black out curtains. Hotel also accidentally assigned our room to another guest and gave the same passcode, which startled us. They were very apologetic, changed the code for the locks, then asked if there was any other way to make up for things.
