Чистота, удобные постели, близкое расположение к метро (5 минут) и сам район - не самый центр города, но поблизости много интересных мест.
Во время нашего пребывания соседей слышно не было
Большинство окон в помещении выходят во внутренний двор, а сами стекла затемнены, отчего в половине квартиры всегда сумрачно без включенного света. Но это мелочи
