It’s challenging but once entered into the property it is very nice. See notes below Clean and modern, well-equipped. Large private terrace occupied most of the day by three beautiful Persian cats. If you like cats you will be happy. Diverse working class neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, and shops close by. Also tattoo parlors. Management only communicates through the app so be sure to take screenshots of all the instructions. The building fronts on a small quiet park and since it is in an urban setting there are unhoused people and beggars.

The management will not give access information until 4 pm on day of arrival which is inconvenient if you are on the road. “Parking” is in a public garage 4 blocks away and is €25 per day. If arriving after dark and with luggage this may be uncomfortable. Instructions for access to the property were quite detailed with photos but lacked essential details. No indication as to which floor. One you are buzzed you retrieve the key from a lockbox in a dark corner of the building’s parking garage. Not mentioned; must access a glass door and ascend to first floor for access. Follow pictures to find door of apartment. No designation. Second hand smoke from next door apartment in hallway and bedroom. Among many instructions, guests are required to strip bed and use squeegee on shower. We felt we were treated as students staying in a youth hostel. No instructions on operation of tv.

Emplacement parfait. L'appartement est très bien équipé, très calme. Le quartier est agréable.

L’emplacement, je n’ai pas eu de mal à me garer dans la rue , il y a également un parking souterrain pas loin.

Je vous avoue que pour le prix on s’attends à un peu plus de confort … j’ai passé une première nuit éclairée par le voyant de la Clim installée dans la chambre et par la led bleue du récepteur wifi du radiateur au niveau de la tête quand vous êtes allongé dans le lit ! Dès la deuxième nuit j’ai posé des serviette dessus. Il y a un radiateur dans la chambre , mais sans la possibilité de l’allumer … J’ai réservé 3 nuits , et dans le coin cuisine on y trouve que 2 dosettes café avec 2 madeleines , le minimum c’est dans mettre le même nombre que le nombre de nuitée… Bref pour le prix de la nuitée vous aurez un très bon hôtel avec petit déjeuner compris !

The apartment was ok and the location good for the city centre. However I think perhaps we could have been treated with a bit more professionalism.
