Central Square Apartments

A wonderful apartment in central London. Very cozy and clean. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property. It’s a really large, spacious apartment that looks exactly like the photos if anything, it’s even better in person. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, making it easy to cook meals during your stay. The beds are super spacious and incredibly comfortable, and every bedroom has its own wardrobe as well as a desk, which was perfect for getting some work done or doing makeup before heading out. The layout of the property works really well for a group of eight, with plenty of space so everyone feels comfortable. The location is also excellent very central, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and transport all just a short walk away. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily book again.

I had a lovely weekend stay here with a friend. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to slippers and toiletries which made the stay really easy. It happened to be very hot in London while we were there, and the host kindly came over and dropped off some fans for us, which we really appreciated. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish, and we had a great stay. I’d happily stay here again.

The location is good: plenty of access to central london sights. Overall it is good value for money, but beware the deficiencies listed below. Like many tourists my first attempt at getting access was through the underground. The apartment is midway between Angel and Old St on the Northern line, but a very long walk from either. That said, s hort walk in any of 3 directions linked to the bus system, which provided excellent access all over town. How difficult would it be to tell clients any of that?

1: the lock box was a problem. the instructions said to go behind the William Hill shop. there were actually 2 lock boxes, but I initially only found one, the wrong one. How difficult would it be to say "if the lock box code does not work, look for the "other" lock box? I failed to get ant response from landlord or booking.com, so we sat in the courtyard for 4 hours until someone discovered box 2. Somewhat tedious. But it was a nice sunny day, so no-one died. Also, as the William Hill shop is now defunct, better directions will be necessary in the near future. 2: the power went out because the "cleaner" forgot to pay it. we had a day without power/ that is unforgiveable. Also, no-one could remedy the issue. 3: there are 4 double beds. A reasonable assumption would be that 8 people are there. 5 forks is not sufficient. 4: the door lock is falling off. 5: there were 3 keysets, which is Ok, but one of them had a malfunctioning fob, which is not so good.
