The location was great, so close to everything.
The house has a great layout & perfect for 6 people with the large living area & 2 bathroom.
The commutation was great.
Repairs in the lounge room floor & towel rail in the bathroom need to be fixed.
More champagne & wine glasses would be good.

We loved this house for our family of 5, plenty of space and everything we needed. Beautiful new bathrooms and kitchen, and nice courtyard as well, loved the skylights in the living spaces too. Top location in Rose Bay, short walk to ferry, grocery store just down the street and bus out the front door. Was great to have an off street car park in the driveway too.
Overall I was very happy, If I had to be really picky, it was a shame that the large dinner plates are too big to fit in the dishwasher, but we didn’t mind hand washing them. Not enough couch space for the 5 of us either. But those things are minor and didn’t detract from our stay, we still loved the place.

Sijainti on erinomainen! Keittiö on uudistettu kauniiksi. Pienellä remontilla ja hyvällä siivouksella asunto olisi täydellinen. Puutarhapihasta saisi kauniin kun se siistittäisiin.
Moneen kertaan ennakkoon mainittiin, että bileet ja juhlat ovat kiellettyjä, mutta kun saavuimme asuntoon oli se edellisten vieraiden bileiden jälkeen ällöttävän likainen ja haiseva. Sohva kaipaisi uusimista. Katto vuoti ja puutarha oli myös epäsiisti.
Siivoojat tulivat myöhässä siivoamaan edellisten sotkut ja lähtiessään jättivät ovet lukitsematta kun itse olimme vielä kaupungilla syömässä.
