Parking is conveniently located in the courtyard year-round and only 150 meters away during the summer months of July and August. Our residence boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms one of which has a bathtub, and a large terrace from which to enjoy breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets from every room. 

In front of the villa, adventure awaits with the possibility of renting dinghies and kayaks during the summer period, ideal for exploring the crystal clear waters and discovering hidden corners of the coastline. Just a 10-minute walk away you can find the charming port of Baia, with bars and restaurants, and where you can admire the underwater city thanks to the underwater center or by boat with the plexiglass hull Cymba.

Please note that due to the villa's prime location near the sea and the presence of some clubs in the coastal area, there may be music from these activities during summer nights, which may affect the tranquility of your stay. However, we want to ensure that the overall experience at our property remains unique and memorable, inviting you to fully experience the lively and relaxing atmosphere that only such an enchanting location can offer.
