About this villa rental
The house has two large bedrooms with a bathroom and a large living room with a fireplace
The villa is derived from an old farmhouse, then renovated and furnished with taste and simplicity.
It is a house of 120 sqm., Large, fresh and very bright, with large windows overlooking the garden. It consists of two bedrooms, of 25 square meters. each with the vaulted ceiling of the ancient Mediterranean buildings and a saloon of 6th square meters.
In each room there is a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe and drawer. Each room has access to its bathroom, one with a bathtub-shower and one with a shower cabin.
In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms there is a large living room-living room with fireplace, dining area and two conversation corners with sofas and bookcase.
The kitchen, very well equipped and furnished with curious or antique objects, directly overlooks the living room dining area.
Around the house there is a garden of 500 sqm., Very green, full of trees, windy and quiet, where you can eat, read and relax. Several corners with tables and chairs will allow you to take your breakfast or an aperitif while looking at the sea or under a jasmine pergola. Just in front of the house a lawn space is available to children and their games.
From the garden you can get to the sea through a narrow dirt path. The sea below the villa is clean and crystal clear with large rock esplanades where you can sunbathe. For children there is a small natural pool of sea water carved into the rock and protected by the waves.
The area where the house stands is exposed to the southwest, and is very bright and quiet, with a few houses nearby.
A few minutes (about 500 meters) there is the village of Chiaiolella, with the marina, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and a sandy beach.
To reach the rest of the island there is the L2 bus which stops twenty meters from the house ..

Wonderful property situated just above the sea in a quiet residential area. It has a lovely garden, plenty of private space and all of the necessary comforts. A quick walk down a pathway leads to a fantastic swimming area with clear waters and lots of room to sit and take in the stunning scenery.The Recommend highly!

A beautiful place to stay, and soak in the atmosphere of Procida life. We loved exploring the area, including the marina close by, as well as Coricella and other areas of the island. Serena was a fantastic host, and was there to greet us and answer any questions. Having the stairs to the beach was excellent too, and we even took the opportunity to swim!

It is a very beautiful place to stay. Plenty of space, lemon trees, far sight, smell of springtime - flowers. Since the site is quite calm, you can hear the sea roaring. The island is not so much touristic in March, so you all have to come!!! But you have to bring shoes and clothes for rain. There are umbrellas - and of course sun hat's ;-) - given. Moreover, there are many books in various languages in the house. Heaters and AC are available, so the rooms can be easily warmed up in early spring. We were welcomed very warmly by Mariella. She explained a lot about the site, and the island.
Finally a little note: The light switch for the cooking place is on the opposite right hand side when entering the kitchen.
