The house was great except we had a problem with the main TV. We could never get it to work properly and on day 3 the maintenance man came and fixed it but it started acting up within a few hours. Secondly, there was not a golf cart key when we arrive on Saturday, and we did not receive one until Monday at 11:00. I called and emailed several times and they were supposed to bring one on Sunday but that never happened. I counted on the golf cart to get me around and it was a huge inconvenience to not have it for 2 1/2 days.

Excellent property. Clean and well decorated. Initially I was nervous that the location would be too close to Publix but it was so calm and quiet and being in walking distance to the grocery store came very much in handy! Would absolutely stay here again!

The bikes were not in good working order. We had to take them to a bike shop to get bolts tightened. The towels are very thin and rough. The beds were comfortable. One room had a high bed frame which made it difficult to get into the bed. The smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night. Someone came to replace all the batteries the next day. That night one went off and we had to disconnected it from it's base to get it to stop. The pool in the neighborhood is nice and not crowded. When we arrived we did not have enough wristbands and had to find the management office the next day to get more bands. The key for the golfcart was not left in the home and we had to delay our plans and wait for someone to bring us another key.
