Comfortable new beds and settee. Addition of Wi-Fi. Broken toaster immediately replaced same day as was faulty shutter mechanism.

It´s location on the third floor is excellent with amazing views of the sea. It has a good sized balcony and the living area within the property was sufficient for two people The bedding was not too impressive with just a single sheet over a mattress with no protector. The fridge door did not shut properly although there was a notice saying so. Both deckchairs provided on balcony for the pool area were in need of repair but everything else was excellent

Location and views & pool were great but thats about it. Apartment needs updating. The refrigerator is very noisy and keeps you up at night. The furniture is old and very uncomfortable. The first day we arrived, the apartment above us went under major construction (complete gut job). So constant sawing and hammering all day. We were there for 6 1/2 weeks and 4 1/2 weeks of that was construction. Could not enjoy balcony due to the noise and the dust from the sawing of tile on the balcony above that would drift onto our balcony and into our apartment. Did not have a relaxing stay. The balcony divider to the apartment next to us, didn't extend to the roof so there is a 2 ft gap. The people next door were smokers and the smoke just followed the roof onto our side...awful. No smoke detector in the apartment. The shower needs a complete redo. The shower head had mold. The owner needs to address many deficiencies in this apartment..unfair to renters. We have rented other apartments in Nerja and this is the first one we would never return to. If you were renting for a weekend or one week, it might be tolerable but long term was terrible.
