Its situation. The sea, the view, the quietness and the nearness to the centre.
Without going into details, it needs a little attention. Also toiletries and other provision was meagre e.g. toilet paper, small bath towels, shampoo and shower gel and so on. But despite these deficiencies, we would go again, because of the positives.

Casasol ist ein gut arbeitendes Unternehmen. Netter Empfang: Sehr freundliche und zeitlich zuvorkommende Angestellte. Sogar eine Flasche Wein und Schokolade als Empfangsgeschenk.
Gute Lage, schöner großer Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick.
Gute Betten. Gasherd mit Backofen.
Großes, leider unbequemes Sofa.
Badezimmer einmal g r ü n d l i c h in den Ecken reinigen, inclusive Fliesen-und Duschefugen.
In der Küche ähnlicher Zustand. Eine sehr defekte Bratpfanne, haben uns mit vorhandener Alufolie beholfen ( wir kochen öfter selbst). Schade, dass solch eine insgesamt schöne Wohnung nicht besser gepflegt wird. Sorry.
Das alles hat uns bei 6 Nächten nicht beim Wohlfühlen beeinträchtigt. Manchmal hat man aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vor Augen.

Very dated apartment. shower needs to be updated. Pictures made it look much bigger than it was.
