I liked that the apartment was centrally located and fairly close to transportation links. The apartment was nicely furnished with all the necessary amenities. Excellent views from the apt.
I didn't like that I was only notified by email the day before my arrival that I would need to pick up the keys at a location off-site. Also the sink in the ensuite bathroom drained slowly. However, this was addressed once I reported it.

The property was so spacious, beds and linens were comfortable and the apartment had a great view. Loved the towels and the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap provided. It was an easy walk to the tube station and lots of grocery options within easy walking distance. While a distance from Wembley, it was super convenient to take the Jubilee line directly there and back on the night of the concert. Will stay again.
I wish the key pick up place was closer but since we took a cab, we just had a short stop to make. Would recommend to others to pick up small groceries at the same time.

Everything. The pool is amazing, the outside jacuzzi and scenery, the fast elevators, the was ok, the services very good, the spa and wellness are are amazing. I recommend the Thai massage with Coman, it’s amazing. It was above and beyond with clean rooms with amazing views. Will come back and definitely recommend!
