The staff at Le Sorelle are exceptional, they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. We loved the communal areas and thought that the breakfast was outstanding. Finding the property was not easy mainly because using the address shown on booking.com took us to an entirely different part of the Thames. However the reception staff were very helpful and their suggestion to use an Uber boat to reach Canary Wharf Pier was incredibly helpful.
We were there during a heat wave so the cabins were quite hot but with a fan were not unbearable.

Its a sweet boat, nicely decorated. Its quiet and a good location.
It is overpriced. We didn't see s ingle member of staff the entire time. The breakfast table was piled high with dirty plates. There was no breakfast left - we found 1 croissant, 11 blueberries, 3 strawberries, a warm yogurt, a bunch of green inedible bananas. The butter was almost gone and there was a bag of the cheapest bread you could toast. For £240 I would expect service, a clean table, hot coffee and some food to eat.
