The communication with the host went well. The place had all you need to stay with one or two kids. Bedroom was cark enough to sleep during the day.
The property is close to a school, so if you don't mind the kids playing and screaming, it's ok. There weren't clear instructions about where to leave garbage, we had a large bag that didn't fit the street regular bins, it would be great if the host add photos to where place it.

A acomodação está localizada em um bairro muito tranquilo e charmoso, com duas estações de metrôs muito próximas , diversas linhas de ônibus urbanos, um comercio bem estruturado, o anfitrião sempre atendeu nossas solicitações. Informo que o bairro se chama Delícias, conta com o museu Ferrocarillo e duas praças com fontes muito belas.
Só acho que deveria ter um conjunto de lençóis, e falta de uma toalha de prato.

Estaba muy bien equipado
Falta de intimidad, entre las dos habitaciones. Se sentia todo lo del apartamento de al lado y tenia poca ventilacion

Calidad precio bueno. Está en un buen barrio. Y tenía lo esencial para pasar unos días.
No había sábanas ni toallas suficientes. El ruido de los vecinos de al lado (ambos apartamentos estaban conectados con una puerta cerrada pero que se podía intentar abrir). De madrugada nos despertaban siempre e intentaron abrir la puerta.
