Ez egy pici Apartman , részben felujítva . Közel volt a Metro,busz. Belváros könnyen elérhető. Pár buszmegálló vagy Metro (3 -as Metro ,Solonál kell leszálni ) 750 méter szuper Bevasárlóközpont.
Kisebb mint a képen ,rossz a hangszigetelés, egy puh is kihallani a szobából , Sajnos a lakás valószínű rég volt kiadva- kifűtve, ezért nagyon,nagyon dohos,pince szag volt ,borzasztó volt, a tulajdonos próbált segíteni pára dobozzal (2 db ),de nem sokat segített. Jobb ha tud róla,hogy 21 óra utáni bejelentkezés + 20 Euro extra ,23 óra után 30 Euro extra költséggel jár. Azt hittem későn érünk a szállásra,elutaltam a 20 Eurót , végűl 20 órára értünk a szálládra,de az Eurót nem utalták vissza , még egy üveg bort se kaptunk érte 🤣

Easy access to Legazpi metro. Well priced for a basic apartment.
Minimal natural light and hard to get temperature right in winter. Not great air flow. Kitchen moderately equipped.
