Good location. However horrible mould smell and extremely strong fragrance - we checked out 4 hours later. Cockroaches and ants walking around.

Positive points :
+ Room at the third floor had lots of light.
+ Room is nicely renovated
+ Comfortable bedding with large blanket.
+ Kind staff

Negative points :
- No lift but staff helps to carry baggages.
- Hot water wasn’t working well and the flow was very weak.
- The passcode of the entrance door was changed everyday without notice so other clients and I stayed stuck outside several times with no staff to help after 5pm.
- There is only 1 key for the room, which is kept inside the room to get the fridge cooling, so you’ll need to use the passcode on the entrance door with the issue mentioned earlier.
- Isolation of the rooms doors is non-existent. I could hear neighbors having “fun” each night, could be a positive point for some people 😅
Overall the place is good for value. I recommend staying at Ceva for a short stay 2-4 nights

My wife and I spent a night at the hotel. The location is convenient for us to explore the center and downtown. The room was fine and the bed was comfy. However, when we first came, there was a used water bottle in the fridge, which is not very hygienic. When we checked out, we were even charged for that. Yet the staffs were attentive and listened to us, so eventually, we were not charged any extra fee.

Above all, the hotel is close to a new construction, and the management is getting clean. The biggest advantage for backpackers is that they can use a room alone without having to sleep with multiple people without much difference in cost. All basic amenities are provided, and the room is clean and all reception staff are friendly. It is the best because it is located inside an alley, but there is no inconvenience. One disadvantage is that there is no elevator. A traveler with a lot of luggage should think about it. It is highly recommended as the best accommodation for backpackers, especially those who need privacy and clean facilities
