Spacious 4 bedroom home full of surprises. Only a few minutes to beaches, restaurants, shops and the prestigious all-weather Hawks Nest Golf Club. This delightful 4-bedroom home has everything to offer for a perfect holiday and is a short stroll to Jimmy Beach and the Hawks Nest shops.
You will be surprised by the vast open plan living room which flows out to a garden patio, a perfect place for summer entertaining.
The home has some great features to make for a comfortable stay
• Ducted Air-conditioning and a wood fire heater
• Master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite
• Bedroom 2 offering a Queen bed
• Bedroom 3 offers 2 Single beds
• Bedroom 4 offers 2 single beds and a trio bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top)
• Main bathroom has wheelchair accessible shower with seat and wheelchair accessible toilet
• Patio area to enjoy outdoor dining
• Wheelchair access
• Wi-Fi
The owners of the property have made a few alterations to the home to ensure it accommodates wheelchair access.
Important Points
-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.
-Strict no party or function policy.
-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
