The 2nd floor has large living area, indoor dining, kitchen, laundry room, toilet and outdoor decks.
The 3rd floor has the master bedroom and ensuite, Two more bedrooms and an additional full bathroom plus access to the pool and more deck space.
The driveway from the street entrance is fully sealed. The last section of the driveway is steep and has a corner which requires a little more effort to negotiate. Additional parking space for 2 vehicles is further down the driveway.
