The house comes complete with all your essentials, such as Wifi, a pool, cozy bedding,
fresh towels, shampoo/conditioner, a well-supplied kitchen, water dispenser and dependable Wi-Fi
Other things to note
There is a trendmill located in the garage, feel free to use during your stay
Small amenities like a treadmill, weights, kettleball, and yoga mat.
The fire extinguisher in case of emergency will be located in the garage
Our bright living room area is complete with electric fireplace and 70-inch Smart TV

Any damages to the home or breaking of house rules may result in charges up to $1000.
Before check-in in we require a picture of the ID for security purposes.

No pets allowed unless authorized. Should you wish to bring a pet, please request authorization (for number and type of pet(s)) before booking. Our pet fee of $250 (per pet) is due upon booking.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available if requested at least 24 hours in advance for a fee of $50 per hour. It is required to add all guests on the booking that will be present in the home if there is a family gathering or birthday party please message us.

Overall the stay was good, and I would stay again. Home is in a nice older neighborhood. The house was clean, but supplies were not well stocked for coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The backyard has work that need to be completed. The fence is falling apart, and the backyard was not picked up after the last pool party.

Very charming home. Rooms well situated, the beds were comfortable. The pool a visual bonus only given the chilly time of year :)
The living room is very welcoming! So cozy to rest and visit with friends and family!
