Sunnyside Retreat 🏡

Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat, your home away from home. It is 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 2029 sq ft, with ample room for everyone in your group to stretch out. Two of the bedrooms have Queen size sofa beds and all beds are Queen size except for the master bedroom is a Cal King. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials for you to cook up a delicious meal. Unwind in the living room and enjoy some entertainment via our ROKU TV. The back patio has a propane grill and table to sit and relax.

Located only a 1-1/2 hour drive to Yosemite National Park. The Sierra National Forest is less than 1 hours drive from our home, making our location a great place to stay after spending a day at Sequoia or Kingscanyon National Forest. Yosemite is about 1 hour and 30 minutes drive so also a great day trip adventure for you and your family. Spending a day in the forest then returning home to our clean, comfortable home to enjoy and relax with your family.

Fresno has many events happening throughout the year such as the Clovis Rodeo in April, to concerts at Woodward Park in the Spring through the Fall as well as the Big Fresno Fair in October. Food truck events are popular throughout Fresno, and close to our house at Simonian Farms at Clovis and Jensen, which is only a few minutes drive away, host food truck events on Friday evenings starting at 5pm as well as Sunday brunch. There are several local breweries throughout Fresno, including the most popular Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Company at 745 Fulton Street, Fresno. Tioga hosts several events throughout the year and is a popular spot to taste the local brewery. We also have a local zoo which is popular with the kids as well as the adults, the Savemart Center hosts popular concert artists as well as downtown we have the Saroyan Theater which also has comedy acts throughout the year as well as some plays. So from music, to art and shopping you will not be bored here in Fresno. Our house is clean and comfortable, just read the reviews, you will not be disappointed here as we take great care of our home and our guests are always happy to arrive to a clean home.

HOUSE RULES
1. NO parties/and or social gatherings of any kind (inside or outside our property), no exception! Guests violating this rule will be fined $750, VRBO will be notified, your reservation will be cancelled with no refund and you will need to leave our property!
2. Only registered guests allowed on property. Unregistered guests will incur a $50 daily fee per guest.
3. Check in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
4. Check out time is at 11:00 a.m! Please leave on time as we may have other guests booked that day and need to clean the house.
5. Minimum age to book is 24 years old. If you are a local Fresno resident, please message us first before sending booking request.
6. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. no loud music, yelling at any time.
7. No smoking/vaping/cannabis or illegal drugs inside/outside house. Fine is $250.
8. Use black provided towels to clean up makeup, blood or hair dyes.
9. Tampering with cameras, wifi router is violation and your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
10. Please no shoes on furniture. A shoe rack is located at front entry for your shoes.
11. Dishes need to be washed either by hand or via dishwasher before checkout.
12. Loss of TV or fan remote will incur a fee of $35 each.
13. No pets inside or outside! Violation will incur $300 fee.
14. No photo shoots, events or videos of our property is not allowed.
15. Thermostat has guest access to raise/lower temperature by 5 degrees, do not tamper with controls.
16. Do NOT rearrange or move our furniture.
17. NO bounce house, trampoline, petting zoo, water slides, or sporting equipment allowed. Also, no firepits or burning wood! NO Fireworks.

Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Guests must report any property damage to host as soon as possible. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with these House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
