Step inside Villa Vista Maravilla, a comfortably furnished villa with a breathtaking view over the green Brakkeput plantation, the sparkling Spanish Water and the imposing Table Mountain. Enjoy ultimate relaxation in your own private swimming pool (8m x 3m) with an integrated children's pool - perfect for families. Just a stone's throw away are the beautiful beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach, where sun, sea and adventure await you.
Layout villa
From the living room you have a wide, panoramic view of the Spanish Water, Table Mountain and the Brakkeput district. This Dream Villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are located upstairs and 2 downstairs in the villa. There are 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) with shower, sink and toilet and there is 1 separate toilet upstairs. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, the upstairs kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave/grill (no oven), there is a Senseo coffee maker and a filter coffee maker. There is a lovely terrace around the house with the swimming pool and a few sunbeds. There are plenty of places in the sun and in the shade to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Just a 5-minute drive from the Dream Villa you will find the popular Jan Thiel Bay, a hotspot for sun worshipers and adventurers.
