This cozy villa is located in a French village within walking distance of the local shops and you can go to the actual bakery in the morning for fresh and delicious baguettes. The bedrooms are on the first floor which will keep it cool during the summer. The living room and kitchen are on the first floor and overlook the garden where there is the swimming pool.

This villa located in a French village has a tastefully decorated living room, a beautiful garden and offers privacy. In the village there are a few small shops (bakery, bank, restaurant, bar) and within a 5 minute drive are several large supermarkets and other shops. The beach is relatively close and in the area there are enough attractions to fill several days of holiday. Ideal for people who love village life.

Interior:
The living room (40m² and air-conditioned) and the open-plan kitchen (12m²) are located on the first floor, equipped with all the necessary equipment and they have an adjoining terrace. There is a toilet on this floor. In the laundry room downstairs there is the washing machine. There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds (90×200) and the third bedroom has two 90X200 beds with its own bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. The large bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, double sinks and a toilet.
Outside:
Adjoining the living room is the small terrace with its view of the village and the landscape. A little further down is another terrace with its dining table. This terrace is directly connected to the swimming pool (4×7, heated). Around the pool are the sun loungers with its beautiful Mediterranean garden. Of course, a barbecue is at your disposal. The parking lot is located at the back of the plot and it has a separate entrance.
