With over 200 ski trails of diverse terrain, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, golfing, legendary nightlife, fine dining, and more, you’ll never run out of things to do. Whether you’re here for the slopes or après-ski, the house’s prime location makes it the ideal spot for your Killington adventure.
** Location: Centrally located between both Pico & Killington Mountain, just down the hill from Green Mountain Golf Club!
** Ideal For: Families, skiers, hikers, and remote workers

**Your Ideal Vermont Retreat Awaits!**
*the home does allow for dogs only, no other pets. The listing is advertised as (1) dog per stay($250); however, if you’d like to inquire for an additional dog, please ask the host, and if approved there is an additional $100 charge.
*absolutely no smoking of any kind in our home. If there is a smell of cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, or other, you’ll be charged $500 for ozone repair, and possibly the cost of an evening stay if we cannot rent the unit due to the smell.
*if you have a late checkout you’re subject to a $150 late checkout charge, subject to review if it causes us to miss a booking opportunity you could be charged for that evening’s stay.
*guests should bring their own bath towels, otherwise expected to launder (on-site) the towels used during their stay prior to check-out
*reminder to shut off propane when grill is not in use, as well as clean and cover when finished. If a tank gets used up during your stay, please notify the host so we know to fill before the next guest.
*any and all trash must not be left outside. Bears are present in the area. Trash receptacles are located just off the driveway in the bear safe shed. Only items within bags may be placed in the trash bins and cardboard must be flattened.
*hot tub must be covered when not in use
*sauna door closed when not in use
*do not leave any fires unattended
*do not place anything to dry on top of, beside or in front of the wood stove.
*any completely cooled off ashes can be disposed of on the dirt mounds beside the house- both from the wood stove inside and fire pit outside
*guests must list the number of all attendees staying at the property during their reservation. No additional guests outside of the reservation are allowed to be in the building or unit.
*if you have over 8 guests, you’re subject to a $1000 minimum venue charge for hosting an “event”.
*guest must bring their own make-up wipes or facial towels so not to soil any of our towels or sheets. Guest will be responsible for the value of anything soiled.
*foldable table is provided on premise kept outside to use for any drinking games (outside use only) as no indoor drinking games are allowed to protect our floors and furniture.
*when parking during snowy season we recommend parking towards one side of the driveway at the house so the plow can effectively clear a path for you to exit.

We had the absolute best time with family! I’m still cherishing the many memories that we had a Allen’s place….skiing, bday celebrations, ping pong, hot tubs, grandkids learning to ski, card games and we were even able to bring Odis (Granddog) Shiela is a wonderful property manager and Allen was available for any questions.
