Welcome to my 30 m2 apartment completely renovated with air conditioning + balcony nestled on the 3rd floor with elevator of a secure condominium.
Living room with TV, office area, 160 cm bed (hotel bedding), equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc.), bathroom with shower + WC.
Central location, trams, restaurants and all shops at the foot of the building.

Bed linen and toilets towels are included with the rental.

My studio is equipped with everything you will need for a good stay.
