Beautifully updated, classic Santa Fe home in Casa Solana neighborhood located approximately two miles from the downtown Plaza. The home is walled-in for privacy on a corner lot with professionally landscaped yard, portals and patios.
This home is 1900 square feet and welcomes you into a formal entry way with gorgeous wood floors throughout. The home has diamond finish plaster through as well as skylights in the living area and hallway.
Good-looking, large living room with fireplace, high ceilings and skylights. There are French doors out to a fully walled and gated courtyard which is beautifully landscaped. The covered portal has a large dining table for summer dinner parties.
The kitchen is spacious and features solid wood cabinetry and stainless appliances. There is a breakfast bar as well as formal dining area. There are French doors off the kitchen to a wonderful covered deck with sitting areas around tables with built-in fire pits. A BBQ is located off the kitchen.
Off the kitchen is a small den with TV and sofa bed as well as a spacious laundry room.
The two guest rooms each have a queen bed and share a full bath. Each bedroom has ceiling fan and wall air conditioning. master suite is located at the end of the hall with a king bed, large walk in closet and lovely bath with walk-in shower. re are French doors to a private covered portal for morning coffee and a fire pit for those cool brisk autumn days! Each bedroom has a flat screen TV mounted on the wall.
The owner will consider a small, well behave dog. No cats, please.

The home was beautiful and had a lovely backyard that our kids enjoyed. We really loved the wood burning fireplace, it made the winter nights so cozy. The home had new appliances that all worked efficiently. My only small complaint would be that our mattress had a dip in the middle which made it uncomfortable. Overall a great place that was centrally located. I would stay again for sure!
