Casa Margarita is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo that is located in the Railyard District only about 6-8 blocks to the Historic Downtown Plaza.
The owners of this house absolutely loved staying in this compound when they visited Santa Fe & when this home came available for sale - they were ecstatic and bought the house immediately.
They have furnished it beautifully with a king in the master and 2 queen size bedrooms that share the guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and opens towards the dining & living area so that everyone can be together.
The home has Diamond plastered walls, polished slate floors throughout, custom tile in bathrooms, high ceilings, traditional Vigas, a lovely Kiva fireplace in the living room, Flat screen TV's with cable & High Speed Wifi, leather furnishings in living room, nice dining area plus French doors leading out to private brick patio. The owner has also put in some beautiful pieces of art to complete their "home away from home" and for their guests' to enjoy as much as they do.
The king Master suite has French doors leading to brick patio area, Flat screen TV plus a generously sized master bath with double vanities, whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower.
This home has a washer/dryer for your convenience, parking for 2 midsize or smaller vehicles plus many skylights throughout the house for extra light.
