The bedroom is a serene sanctuary, featuring a cozy queen-sized bed dressed in fresh linens, ensuring a rejuvenating night's sleep. A futon in the living room offers additional sleeping space, guaranteeing everyone a comfortable place to recharge.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Max of 2 pets allowed (non refundable pet fee $100/each)
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.
Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
Available upon request for $40 each, plus tax:

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. Would have liked advance notice that there are steep stairs to be climbed in order to get to or leave the unit. I'm a senior with sore knees... I made it work, but in the future I will always ask about this.Also would have been nice to have instructions on how to use and adjust the a/c unit.

Pet friendly and great beach view access. The air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work but other than that a nice quiet place to stay for a month.

This is a great location, very close to the beach and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom areas have us enough space to read out a little. Our family, including our dog, was very comfortable and it was easy walking distance to the beach and local attractions for my son who has Down Syndrome. The only thing I have a negative comment about is the fact that the garbage was overflowing and not picked up, therefore, we didn’t have a place to put ours. We also took care of several ants that were in the living room area near the sliding door. Overall, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved every minute.

the apt was clean the furniture was very uncomfortable the sofa was hard , we didn't take any photos the bed was okay the pillows were awful they were flat and I forgot to take my own pillow. we had a trouble getting a hold of the property managing co when we called, because we could not find the address. We found it on our own The location was very good.
