This property sits one block to the beach and is walking distance to the famous Seawall and to local favorites like Brickhouse Tavern and Joe’s Crab Shack.

-1 Bedroom with a queen size bed and dresser for clothes storage.
-A private entry and patio area
-The living area has an extra sleeping space with a full size couch and a twin size bed
Indoor Living: 55" TV in the main living room , dining table, ceiling fans, LVP flooring throughout.
***Please note that there are stairs inside the home and should not be played on by children****
Outdoor Living: Outdoor dining set and umbrella with private courtyard patio.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, toaster, cooking basics, dishware & flatware, trash bags & paper towels

PARKING: There is room for one or two vehicles at the rear of the property. You can park in the garage or by the garage doors in the alleyway.

**The couch in the living room is not a regular pull out bed, when pulled out the cushions are the mattress** It will sleep smaller adults or children best.
