0484 Aero Lounge-Terminal 2 Cochin Airport Hotel

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Location was excellent - so convenient when staying at the airport. You can easily walk here from any of the 3 airport terminals. The staff were able to arrange a taxi for me to take me to my next destination. There was plenty of tasty dishes on offer as part of the breakfast buffet so was good value for money. There are many food options at the airport if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

There wasn't a key or card that I could scan to enter the room, so the staff had to unlock my door every time I wanted to go back in. For the hot dishes at the breakfast buffet, the lids were all open so some of the food was not as hot as it could have been. I booked a one night stay on booking.com but the staff told me my check out time was 24 hrs after I arrived. Maybe it's better to book with hotel directly so that you can only pay for the amount of hours you actually want to stay in the room.

Bed size, number of towers provided in the room, no bathroom carpet, Switch arrangtements for lights was bad - confusing.

The lounge, was great, like in a Starwars movie. Staff polite and helpful. The room had no windows, I suspect it is to keep the sound of the aircrafts away. Some people may find this claustrophobic. The bed was comfortable and AC actually worked. The bathroom was of a good standard with premium German fittings. More than adequate for a preflight stay.

The workmanship of the bathroom was not in line with rest of the room. The water leaked from the shower to the rest of the bathroom floor.

Location is best

Room is congested and no view . Very closed .
