Tina Ma Hotel

Break fast is not too bad. But alot of hi cups. There is need to improve on the crew service. Very poor communication, staff training on customer care. The staff are very slow to serve the customers. Some of the basic items are missing. Like coffee, mailoo, chocolates, honey few to mention. Know that, not all people drink tea and sugar. Others dont use sugar but honey. Individual needs. A spoon of coffee is shs. 5000 .

The garage door is making alots of noise when its opened. It bangs and wakes people from their sleeps. Interrups people who works on their assignments.

It was pleasant enough with a reasonably central location. Breakfast was fine although not bacon & eggs.

There isn't much in Gulu and the imam wakes you at 05:30 each morning.

Very clean, welcoming atmosphere friendly staff. Excellent value for the money.

Food. Breakfast is good but the hotel needs professional cooks. Too much salt in every order and meat or chicken sometimes not cook well.
