Posizione. Arredo nuovo.
Odore ricorrente di fognatura nell’appartamento (probabilmente gli scarichi non funzionano bene oppure non è stata data la giusta pendenza alle tubature quando hanno spostato il bagno dalla sua posizione iniziale). Inoltre la chiave di accesso al cancello del condominio stenta a girare (probabilmente è la centesima copia)…spesso ho avuto difficoltà di accesso e il custode è presento solo la mattina… peccato perché per il resto è valido…
