U Luang Prabang

Overall, I would say this is elegant hotel. Very clean, calm atmosphere and so even open entrance I feel very safe. (Although it’s a convenient place!!.) Since the hotel was not so busy, they helped out our hot water issue immediately. I apprised it. We stayed 2 night and I saw the stuff’s meeting time to time and had a chance to small conversation with the GM. I can tell that the staff communicate really well with each other and they think about their guest. Truly lovely GM is here. His suggestion how to enjoy the area was hit for us. Thought it’s pricy when I booked but we had really good time, so it’s worth it. Food was also superb!!

Sometimes we smelled the strong drain smell from the bathroom.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, good restaurant, good location, wonderful staff
