Room104, bed very firm, a bit too hard for me, pillows are great, hot water and pressure very good, AC works good, WiFi I had a problem once, but works most of the time. The walls in the room a bit dirty, it needed a paint.
I The staff Dith and Otis are great, they speak good English and they’re very friendly and nice.
The Hotel can book tours and transportation to train station or airport and exchange currency. Great location near main road, Mekong river, restaurants and shops.

the guest house is run by a bunch of great people, very clan and comfortable stay. staff super nice and all come from small villages to make a libing, send money hime and get an education. they really try and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is great,eggs, fresh fruit, bread, juice,,coffee,tea, and thats only western breakfast. they have asian breakfast as well.
give you answers anything they can, book tours,,get airport shuttle, give info on what to see and do.
Luang Prabang is a very touristy place not representative of Laos as a whole. if your want to know about Laos ask the guys about life in their villages. you live better in this guest house than any people from village. so if one of the guys is not fluent in english or something is not as nice as 5* hotel do not complain, just go talk to one of the guys at front desk and they will be happy to help in any way possible with a smile.
