- الاطلالة جميلة - الموقع - مساحة المنزل كبيرة ويتسع لثمانية اشخاص - وجود ثلاثة حمامات وهذا نادر في البيوت المماثلة - وجود مكان للشواء في الخارج - الموظفون ودودون ومتعاونين
- عدم وجود ستائر للنوافذ الزجاجية في الصالة - الدرج المؤدي للدور العلوي صغير جدا وغير مريح خاصتاً إذا كان الشخص بعمر فوق 14 سنة - هناك انسداد في تصريف الدش لكل الحمامات في المنزل كمية الماء لا تتناسب مع كمية التصريف - عدم وجود ميكرويف - غلاية الماء كانت غير نظيفة عند قدومنا تحتوي على كتل ملحية لم يتم تنظيفها

إطلالة رائعة جدا ،، مكان مميز .. بيت نظيف .. تعامل صاحبة البيت السيدة " دوروتا " كان راقيا جدا ولطيفا .. سيدة متعاونة للغاية ومستعدة لتطوير المكان بما يساهم في راحة النزيل .
