Helpful host, jacuzzi, quiet location, possibility to check in late, present from the host, BBQ facilities
There were some cracks on the floor in the bathroom, some fungus in the upper bathroom, electric outlets were located in weird places

1) The place is about 10-15 minutes away from skiing slopes
2) There's a washing machine
3) There are plenty of plates and cutlery for 5 people
4) Neighbours' cat and dog come every day to be fed and petted
1) It seems like nobody ever cleaned this place
2) Bed blankets can barely cover a single person, but are supposed to be used by two.
3) One shower had a leaking pipe, and another one had the handle broken.
4) The bridge over the only dirt road to the house is being renovated. A 4-wheel drive car is a must to get through the construction site.
5) There was no soap in both bathrooms when we came, but there was a bottle of wine. I would prefer some soap to wash my hands through.
